"A vacation that could have been really sour"

We were on vacation about 2 weeks ago and our car broke down on HWY 95 and we had gotten towed to your dealership. Being from out of state and not knowing anyone from there, it can be a bit overwhelming to anyone to say the least. I wanted you to know that Vicky Jo Green and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure that we were back on the road by the end of the day to continue our trip. They made us feel like we were friends and showed us caring and compassion towards us. I just wanted to let you know how wonderful that made us feel.
